Orders & Custom Production Custom orders (including logo printing, private designs, and bespoke production) require approval before production. Once production has started, such orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Slight variations in color, texture, or print positioning may occur due to production processes and are considered acceptable within industry standards. Pricing & Availability Prices, product specifications, and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Shipping Policy
We provide worldwide shipping for both retail and wholesale orders. Delivery times vary depending on order type, production requirements, and destination country. Processing Time Standard retail orders are typically processed within a few business days. Custom and wholesale orders require production time, which may vary depending on complexity and quantity. International Shipping International deliveries are handled by trusted logistics providers. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by their country. We operate under international shipping terms where responsibility may transfer upon dispatch depending on the selected shipping method. Delivery Responsibility Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the logistics provider. Delays caused by customs or external factors are outside our control.
Return & Refund Policy

Standard Products Retail products may be returned within a defined period if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable. Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
